Besides the visit to this Church.Velankanni is about 500km of Kerala Thrissur, Velankanni is one of the most visited pilgrim centers of India.Velankanni church was built in late 16th century and made many expansions later on due to increasing number of pilgrims. The main festival here is the feast of our lady.Visi The Shrine Basilica, comprising of three Churches, Our Lady’s Tank, Priests’ Residence, Church Museum, Offering Center, Stations of the Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Shrine Mega Mahal and Vailankanni Beach. Starting from Thrissur to Velankanni at night  6.30pm. and will reach there at an approximate time of 5.00am, after fresh-up and break fast we move towards Visi The Shrine Basilica, after finishing the holy mass then can visit Our Lady’s Tank, Priests’ Residence, Church Museum, Offering Center, Stations of the Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Shrine Mega Mahal and Vailankanni Beach and all. then after finishing the visit we return back to Thrissur at 7.00pm.
